About Me
👋 Hi, I am Shijia Qing, a Master’s student in Applied Psychology at Sun Yat-sen University, under the supervision of Professor Guomei, Zhou from FaceLab.
✨ My reseach interests are human-computer interaction, social cognition, and the uncanny valley effect.
🤖 My research explores how the concept of self and social familiarity shape perceptions of humanoid robots and artificial agents.
🖥️ I have also contributed to the development of theoretical frameworks and measurement tools, including meta-analytic approaches and scale validation studies.
🎮 Alongside my academic pursuits, I interned at Seasun Games and NetEase, where I conducted user experience research, competitive analysis, and playtesting for videogames.
🏃♀️ I am eager to further explore human-computer interaction and contribute to advancing our understanding of how humans interact with intelligent systems!
